Terms and Conditions

At Beauty and Health Studio, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our terms and conditions.

• We understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected circumstances may arise. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new appointment. If notified later than 48 hours before the visit, the deposit is non-refundable.
• A missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of the service is charged for these appointments.
• We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without letting us know, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers are not valid after their expiry date.
• As a cosmetologist, I use all of my knowledge to achieve the best possible results, but I am not responsible for unmet client expectations.
• The treatments may be used by minors over 13 years of age, with the express written consent of both legal guardians or the sole guardian or statutory representative. The Salon employe is entitled to demand appropriate consent at any time and to refuse to provide the Treatment in the absence of consent or refusal to express it.
